Fishing

Cod

The Cod season starts at the beginning of October and runs through to April with what is usually a good run of spring Cod.

Tope

The Tope run is from May to July but if you want a chance of a record breaking female your best bet is early June. Please book early as the dates go very quicky.

Bass

Bass can be found all year round however it's best from May to October. Some of the largest fish are caught in October.

Smoothounds

The Smoothounds run from June to August but for the really big female fish your best bet is mid July to August. The UK record was caught in the area and I'm sure it will be broken here again. Hang on to those rods!!

Skate

The Skate run is from April to August with many large double figure fish regularly caught.

Others

Stingray, Dogfish, Mackerel, Whiting, Plaice, Flounder and Sole to name a few of the other species which grace our decks throughout the year.
